YetiTech Ltd, an innovative startup headquartered in New Zealand, is on a quest to redefine technological excellence. We are currently expanding our operations into Pakistan and are in search of a dedicated Quality Assurance (QA) Specialist to join our team. This is a remote position initially, with the exciting prospect of transitioning to onsite work in Pakistan as we establish our office. Key Responsibilities:

- - Develop, implement, and maintain quality assurance protocols and measures to ensure product excellence.
  - Design and execute systematic test plans to ensure the robustness, performance, and reliability of our software products.
  - Collaborate with the development team to identify any software issues and resolve them prior to deployment.
  - Monitor all stages of software development to identify and resolve system malfunctions to meet quality standards.
  - Report bugs and errors to development teams and assist in troubleshooting and resolving issues.
  - Conduct post-release/post-implementation testing to ensure that products are up to par with company standards.
  - Keep up-to-date with the latest industry trends and testing tools.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Quality Assurance Specialist or similar role.
Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
Experience in writing clear, concise, and comprehensive test plans and test cases.
Hands-on experience with automated testing tools.
A keen eye for detail and a commitment to excellence.
Strong analytical skills and the ability to solve complex problems.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
