Project Manager - Drive Success at YetiTech Ltd

YetiTech Ltd, a rapidly growing startup based in New Zealand, is charting new territories in the tech world and is on the lookout for an ambitious Project Manager to guide our projects to successful completions. As we expand our operations to Pakistan, this role begins as a remote opportunity, with a transition to onsite work in the foreseeable future. Our Ideal Candidate:
You are a driven Project Manager with at least 2 years of experience in managing software development projects. You're adept at navigating the complexities of project management, from planning and execution to monitoring and closing. With a knack for leadership and a commitment to deadlines, you're ready to tackle challenges head-on, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and meet YetiTech Ltd's high standards of quality. Working Kiwi hours and collaborating with our New Zealand-based team excites you, and you're eager to contribute to our growth in Pakistan.

 

• • • Initiate, plan, execute, monitor, and close projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
    • Serve as the liaison between the project team and senior management, maintaining clear communication and providing updates on project progress.
    • Manage and adjust for any changes in project scope, schedule, and/or budget.
    • Identify and mitigate potential risks, ensuring projects run smoothly and efficiently.
    • Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.
    • Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools, and techniques.
    • Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors.
    • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.

• Proven working experience of at least 2 years as a Project Manager in the software development industry.
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
• Solid technical background, with an understanding of software development and web technologies.
• Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Solid organizational skills, including attention to detail and multitasking abilities.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) / PRINCE II certification is a plus.
